First time seeing both acts and first visit to Leas Cliff Hall. This was the penultimate show of their tour and both acts were excellent. However, Badly Drawn Boy was spoilt by half the crowd talking throughout his performance. His comments about how noisy it was were ignored (or possibly not even heard over the noise) by those selfish people who feel their conversation is more important. If they are not interested in the support act they should have stayed in the bar until Squeeze came on. Poor manners and a total lack of respect for such an accomplished artist and those who wished to listen to him. Embarrassing Folkestone. Based on the performances alone I would have given 5 stars but will not be in a hurry to return to Leas Cliff Hall.
