A Strictly Come Dancing professional since 2015, Italian native Giovanni was originally inspired to take up the art at 14 after watching Strictly's original iteration: Come Dancing! Since then, he's become a firm fan favourite, partnering with finalists Georgia May Foote, Debbie McGee before finally scooping the trophy with Rose Ayling-Ellis in 2021.
